Per USDA regulations, families must give written notification of their desire to participate. This can be accomplished through an online form. Alternately, a paper form is available here. If possible, we ask that anyone with internet capability fill out the online form so that we can quickly tabulate the responses and plan routes. However, if you are filling out a paper form, please return it to us on Friday’s meal distribution. If you are not able to attend the Friday meal pickup, it can be mailed to Conneaut School District, 219 West School Drive, Linesville, PA 16424.
As a reminder, one free breakfast and one free dinner per day is available to any child under the age of 18 living within the District’s boundaries.
Meal delivery will occur on the same days as pickup (Monday, Wednesday and Friday each week, with meals for multiple days provided in each delivery) in a window between 3:00 and 5:00 PM. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time during that window. Someone must be available to pick up the meal from the school bus at its regular delivery location (for most families, this would be the end of your driveway or where the bus normally picks your child(ren) up). We are not able to leave meals unattended. If you are not able to receive a meal delivery during this time window, we will still be offering drive through pickup service at our current five locations from 6:00 to 7:00. Based on delivery program participation, we may adjust the number of physical locations as time progresses.
