Superintendent Evaluation and Goals

2023-2024 Superintendent's Goals

On November 6, 2024, the Board of Conneaut School District met in executive session to complete the 2023-24 evaluation of Jarrin Sperry, District Superintendent.  The Board evaluated Mr. Sperry on the following agreed upon performance standards: Shared Vision; Culture of Learning; Decision Making; Management; Family and Community; Ethics; Advocacy; and Personal and Professional Growth.  The evaluation included the following four potential ratings: Failing; Needs Improvement; Proficient; and Distinguished.

The Board found that the Superintendent was Proficient to Distinquished in the above areas and met most of the agreed upon goals focused on a smooth consolidation of CAMS.  The Board also found that during the past year Mr. Sperry was required to devote additional time in the office working with the new central office staff.
